History

The Mason Wright Legacy

Through the generosity of its benefactors, among them Primus Mason and Horace Wright, Mason Wright has provided more than a century of service to seniors in Springfield, Massachusetts. Since its founding in 1897 as Springfield Home for Aged Men, through its current charter as an assisted living community, Mason Wright has operated as a non-profit provider of housing and related services for seniors.

Mason Wright Retirement Community

• Mason Wright Assisted Living Community offers 90 private assisted living units within a home-like atmosphere.


• Mason Wright Townhouses provide 28 one-bedroom garden apartments for independent seniors.
